A free footprint search
Nothing from a free search is saved. Once you leave the results, they're gone.
A deep footprint
A deep footprint's result stays on your account so you can come back to it. Each run in Scan history on Footprint shows the date it's kept until, and Loomis deletes the result after that date.
While you're on a plan
Loomis keeps what it reads from your confirmed accounts, and what it works out from them, for as long as your plan is active. Your dashboard, Insights and check-ins are built from it.
After a plan ends
You decide how long Loomis waits before deleting what it read. Open Settings, then Data and privacy, and choose how many days under After your plan ends. The longest choice is the most Loomis allows.
When that time is up after your plan ends, Loomis deletes what it read from your accounts and everything it worked out from them. Come back before then and everything is as you left it, connections included. If you own a Family household, the household's data goes at the same time.
Your account, your connections and your payment history stay until you delete your account. Even then, receipts are kept with your details removed, because tax law requires it.
