What it does

01 · Your roster

Every volunteer, in one list.

Paste in your list and see where each check stands.

  • A role for each, from Sunday school to holiday club.
02 · Refreshes

See whose check is due next.

Loomis plans each volunteer’s refresh, month by month.

  • Your checks renew every year.
03 · Consent first

Volunteers agree before anything runs.

Ask for consent on any check, and the volunteer agrees by email.

  • Your safeguarding contact shows on every request.
  • They can change their mind. Withdrawing stops a check that hasn’t finished.

Evidence your team can weigh.

Every finding opens the post behind it, and your team makes the call.

  • The right person. Volunteers can confirm their own profiles.

Before you apply.

Who counts as an active volunteer?

The people on your volunteer list, or the number you gave when you applied, whichever is higher.

What if we grow?

Loomis suggests a bigger plan. You choose when to switch.

We’re part of a denomination or network. Do we need our own registration?

No. A letter from your church or umbrella body counts.

What happens if a paid plan ends?

You go back to the free checks.

Can we check volunteers under 18?

No. Loomis only checks adults.
