Plan a month gives you four weeks of posts from one choice. It needs an approved brand brief.
Ask for campaigns
Choose how many posts you want a week and the week to start. You can also say what you want the month to achieve, and add dates that matter, such as a sale or an opening, in your own words.
Loomis suggests up to three campaigns, built from your brief and your own posts. Each one comes with its reason and a run of post ideas, each set on a day. Loomis sets every date itself and leaves out any day that has already passed.
Pick one and draft it
Pick a campaign, then change or remove any post idea. Choose the platforms to write for, and Loomis drafts each post for its day. Each draft is traced back to your brief and your posts the same way as a single draft. See Draft a post and send it for approval.
Before anything goes out
Nothing goes out until it is approved and scheduled. Your approval rules can let someone approve the whole plan at once, a week or a month of posts in one go. See Who can approve a post before it goes out.
The Calendar shows what went out and what is due, in South African time. You can move or pull back a scheduled post until it goes out.
