A Loomis Verify plan gives your organisation an allowance of checks for each billing period. Top-up packs add more checks when you need them. Plans, packs and prices are on Verify pricing.
Your plan
Only an organisation admin can buy a plan or change it. A plan can renew automatically each month or each year, charged to the card you paid with. The allowance refreshes when a renewal payment goes through.
Plan and usage shows what you're on, the allowance you have left, what you've used this period, and the checks you've added with packs. If your plan carries unused checks over, the page shows how many came from last period. They lapse when the current period ends.
Top-up packs
A pack is a one-off payment. Its checks are added to your organisation's balance as soon as the payment goes through.
When you send a check, Loomis uses your plan's allowance first, then the checks from packs. If you have neither left, Plan and usage says so and points you to packs or a plan change.
Verify for Communities
A Verify for Communities organisation gets a classification when we approve it. Plan and billing shows it and any payment due, with a link to pay. To change it, contact us.
