Cancel a plan and what happens to your data

Updated 27 October 20262 minute read

You can cancel at any time. What happens next depends on the product.

Loomis Personal and the Family plan

Open Settings, then Plan and usage, and choose Cancel renewal. You pick when it ends:

  • At the end of the period. You keep full access until then, and your check-in still runs.
  • Immediately. Access stops straight away, and Loomis stops reading your accounts.

Cancelling on its own deletes nothing, and your receipts stay.

If you also want your data gone, tick Also delete everything. It's permanent, and resubscribing later doesn't bring anything back. If you cancel immediately, deletion runs as soon as you confirm. Otherwise it runs on the day your access ends. On the Family plan, this deletes every household member's account too. To keep an adult member's account, cancel without ticking it, then delete your own account under Settings, Data and privacy, where you can choose who stays.

Loomis Verify

An organisation admin chooses Cancel renewal under Plan and usage. Your current period carries on to its end and doesn't renew. To delete the organisation, cancel its renewal first. Once the plan has ended, an admin can delete it under Settings, Company. Deleting removes the organisation for every member.

Loomis Social

A Social plan doesn't renew by itself, so there is nothing to cancel. When the term ends, your workspace stays open to read and stops drafting, scheduling and publishing. See How a Social plan is paid for.

How long we keep data

How long Loomis keeps your data after a plan ends is in What Loomis keeps and for how long and our Privacy policy. Deleting your whole account is covered in Delete your Loomis account.

If a payment needs sorting out, a person handles it. Contact us.
