Updated 5 November 20262 minute read

Credits pay for the AI pictures Loomis makes for your posts. Writing never uses them: drafts, your brand brief and campaign plans don't count against credits, and neither do your own photos.

What a picture costs

Each image model and setting has its own cost in credits. This table shows every one on offer today, and the picture maker shows the same cost on each choice before you press Make.

ModelSettingCredits a picture
GPT Image 2.5 Flare (OpenAI)Low quality2
GPT Image 2.5 Flare (OpenAI)Standard quality, suggested8
GPT Image 2.5 Flare (OpenAI)High quality31
Nano Banana 2.1 (Google)1K7
Nano Banana 2.1 (Google)2K10
Nano Banana 2.1 (Google)4K21

The cheapest setting is good for drafts and quick ideas. The suggested setting is the one Loomis picks for you, and it suits most posts. The highest-quality setting gives the finest detail, for a hero image or a print.

A cost follows what that model charges to make the picture, so it can change when the model's maker changes its price.

Credits on your plan

Each Social plan comes with credits, counted over three rolling windows at once: the last 24 hours, the last 7 days and the last 30 days. Credits you use come back as they age out of each window, so one busy day can't use up the month.

This table shows how many pictures each plan's 30 days of credits make at each setting. You can mix settings, and each picture draws only its own cost.

PlanCreditsCheapest 2 creditsSuggested 8 creditsHighest 31 credits
Solo200 a day 600 a week 1,200 a month60015038
Team650 a day 2,000 a week 4,000 a month2,000500129
Agency2,000 a day 6,000 a week 12,000 a month6,0001,500387
Pictures from 30 days of credits. Cheapest: GPT Image 2.5 Flare, Low quality. Suggested: GPT Image 2.5 Flare, Standard quality. Highest quality: GPT Image 2.5 Flare, High quality. The day and week limits still apply, so you can't make a month's pictures in one day.

See what's left

The picture maker on the Images page shows how many credits you've used in each window as you work.

When you run out

Writing, scheduling and posting carry on. Making new pictures waits until credits come back. Every picture you've already made stays yours to add to posts.

If a model isn't answering

No credits are used. Try again shortly, or choose another model. Loomis never switches to a different model for you, because it may cost a different amount.
