Change your plan

You can change plan whenever you like. The checkout page shows what is charged today and when the change starts before you confirm. Plans and prices are on Pricing.

Loomis Personal and the Family plan

Open Settings, then Plan and usage, and choose Change plan. Pick the plan you want, and checkout shows what it costs before you pay.

• Moving up charges the difference for the days left in your current period, and the new plan starts straight away.
• Moving down charges nothing today. Your current plan carries on until the period ends, then the new plan starts. Until then, Plan and usage shows the switch, and Keep my plan cancels it.

Loomis Verify

An organisation admin changes the plan under Plan and usage.

• Moving up charges the difference for the days left in your current period. The new plan's allowance is yours straight away.
• Moving down charges nothing today, and your organisation moves to the new plan when the current period ends.

Loomis sets each Verify for Communities classification. To change yours, contact us.

Loomis Social

An organisation admin opens Settings, then Plan and usage, and chooses Change plan.

• Moving up charges the difference for the days left in your current term, and the bigger plan starts straight away.
• Moving down charges nothing today. Your current plan runs to the end of its term, then you renew on the smaller plan. Until then, Plan and usage shows the move, and a Keep button with your plan's name cancels it.
